Mark Rubin has worked in real estate for the past 20 years, specializing in development, property management, bank financing, tenant representation and leasing. Rubin also consults with numerous banks and lenders providing asset management and receivership services to help protect asset values. He has personally completed over $800 million in real estate transactions. Rubin currently manages over 2.8 million square feet of retail, medical and office space for various partnerships, lenders and other developers. Rubin’s affiliations with over 9 million square feet of commercial real estate have led to relationships with the leasing, brokerage, lending and management industries throughout the United States and internationally.

Melonie Atkerson began her career in real estate supervising more than 20,000 multi-family units. She subsequently asset managed properties for receiverships and lending institutions throughout the Southwest. Melonie then worked for a multi-family development company in Houston where she played an integral role in the property management division, overseeing ten Class A apartment buildings. Melonie joined Urban Groupe in 2000, supervising various development projects. Today she manages leasing and currently controls the property management of more than 1 million square feet.

Briana is newest addition to our team here at Urban Groupe. She is directly responsible for the strategic market positioning of our brand while nudging our leasing endeavors bounds beyond the competition. Briana assist in the promotion of our commercial and residential portfolios that stretch across the Bluegrass. She additionally holds the responsibility to optimize profits by utilizing leads through the management of our growing online presence. As a recent graduate from the University of Kentucky and newly licensed real estate agent she focuses primarily on reinventing tired strategies to upsurge our presence in the market and increase overall tenant experience.
